2023年2月,由亚太创新教育联盟主办,新加坡联威教育集团、新加坡特许科技学院协办的设计思维寒假训练营开营了!
在 VUCA 时代,我们需要用创新的方法来解决棘手的问题。但是这没那么容易,因为我们的思维模型是建立在我们重复活动和常识的基础上自然而然地形成的,这就需要我们突破思维禁锢。设计思维是一种以人为本的解决复杂问题的创新方法,它涉及评估问题的已知方面,并识别导致问题发生的不明确的外界因素。设计思维过程有助于培养成长型思维和分析能力。
训练营开营通知一经公布,各校学生纷纷报名。经过层层选拔,共有三十八名学生脱颖而出,进入训练营进行学习。这三十八名同学分别来自于长春师范大学、南京审计大学金审学院、长春工程学院、吉林工商学院和上海杉达学院。
本次训练营打破地域界限,学校边界,对学生进行随机跨校分组,提升学生团队协作能力,走出自己的舒适圈,碰撞出更耀眼的火花,展现更完美的成果。 本次训练营分为三部分:介绍设计及思维概念、课堂互动展示设计思维的应用、结业考核项目团队展示。
第一部分:介绍设计及思维概念阶段
我们邀请paulynn tan(paulynn 简介)为学生介绍什么是设计思维、怎么利用设计思维来解决问题。
第二部分:课堂互动展示设计思维的应用阶段
老师通过具体的案例分析,为学生展示设计思维的应用;通过课堂与学生互动,来反馈学生是否理解设计思维。
第三部分:结业考核项目团队展示阶段
本次训练营为学生提供了多种不同的开放性主题,学生经过随机分组,组成了8个团队,每个团队根据自己的兴趣选择自己的主题并通过英语积极努力的进行展示。并对自己的展示非常自信!

经过三阶段学习后,我们参与训练营的三十八名同学都顺利结业啦!
参与训练营的学生在学习时态度都非常积极和认真。通过小组展示表明学生都理解并掌握了设计思维概念的要点。同时,学生对本次训练营一致好评!
I am lucky to join this design thinking training camp. In each course, I learned a variety of theoretical knowledge that I can't learn in daily courses, which broadened my thinking logic, and also enabled me to better understand the prospects and mechanisms of design thinking. It also helped me understand the importance of divergent thinking and integrated thinking in this respect, and also developed my team cooperation ability.

Before going to the design thinking training camp, I was very curious about design thinking. When participating in this course, I listened carefully to the teacher to explain the concept of design thinking, the steps of design thinking and the purpose of design thinking.
In this design thinking training camp, I learned Design thinking is a methodology used by designers to solve complex problems and find desirable solutions. Design thinking employs divergent thinking to ensure that many possible solutions are explored, and then convergent thinking to narrow these down to a final preferred solution.
There are five stages in thinking design,Empathize: research your users' needs. Define: state your users' needs and problems.Ideate: challenge assumptions and create ideas. Prototype: start to create solutions. Test: try your solutions. According to these five steps, we put forward our own theme and expressed our views in the form of PPT.
Through this course, I learned a lot and became very interested in design thinking.
在去设计思维训练营之前,我对设计思维很好奇。在参加本课程时,我认真听老师讲解了设计思维的概念、设计思维的步骤以及设计思维的目的。

Thanks to the teachers' teaching and encouragement, the team members' patience and mutual support, and the good classroom environment also urged me to study.
I was fortunate to participate in this training camp. The training of design thinking helped me a lot, which broadened my thinking and broadened my vision. It brings me a brand new idea and experience.

本次设计思维寒假训练营,不仅丰富了学生寒假生活,也锻炼了学生的英语听力能力、英语口语能力、解决问题的能力。突破了固有的思维模式,掌握了设计思维的密码,为自己人生加砝码。
